Description:This program provides all the fundamentals a paraprofessional needs to serve as an effective educational support in the classroom.

We are an approved provider of this training in New York State. Equivalent to the School Violence Prevention and Intervention requirement.

Preventing School Violence is intended to educate and prepare instructors and other school personnel on the early warning signs and imminent warning signs of violence; best practices for violence prevention, intervention, and response; and, resources for futher information.

Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention depends upon the compassionate action of the community, and particularly of those responsible for children's safety. As mandatory reporters, school employees must understand the methods to identify, respond to, and ultimately prevent child abuse and neglect.
